The Wine: Domaine Tessier Cheverny Rosè 2022 Domaine Tessier Cheverny Rosè 2022 is made from a blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Côt. Vinification: 5-day carbonic maceration of Gamay, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. No fining, no filtering, minimal added sulfites. The Producer: Domaine Tessier Established in 1961 by Roger Tessier, Domaine Tessier later saw leadership transition to his son Philippe in 1981. Nestled in the core of Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny AOCs, it comprises of 23 ha of vineyards. The Domaine benefits from a unique microclimate between the Loire River and the forests of Cheverny, Chambord, and Solonge, the vineyard has held Ecocert certification since 1998.
