Every starter we rebuild gets brand new field coils, brushes, bushings and hardware all included in the price. Your armature will be tested to ensure no shorted windings and commentator surface will be resurfaced, polished, and mica recut. Your case will be sandblasted and painted and end plates refurbished to factory finish. Your armature will be shimmed to ensure proper shaft end play. Finally, the starter will be tested and amperage rating checked before being securely packaged and shipped back to you. All starter rebuilds come with a 90 day warranty.
