This collar is handmade! The spikes are 1.5 inches and made to be completely squishy. The collar base is 9 by 1 inch with a completely adjustable ribbon backing. Size ranging from 10 inches to about 17 inches. It can fit larger/smaller than recommended size but message if you are worried about fit. Neck size in picture is 14 inches.
