Stage 2: Chemical Gas & Odor Filter: This is the highlight of the filtration process, a two-component stage that starts with a 3" carbon filter, followed by a hefty 26 lbs Activated Carbon Filter, made entirely from coconut shell. Stage 3: Main Particle Filter: This stage uses a True HEPA filter, which covers 40 sq. ft. It can filter out 99.97% of airborne particles that are 0.3 microns or larger.
