Airocide GCS-25 for Large Areas
Introducing the Airocide® GCS-25: Perfect for settings such as hospitals, offices, schools, gyms, and storage areas. Stage 1: Air Intake: The unit pulls in air from the surrounding environment, which may contain particles such as dust, pollen, molds, bacteria, viruses, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Stage 2: Photocatalytic Oxidation (PCO) Process: The air is directed into the unit's reaction chamber, which is filled with microscopic catalysts and UV lamps. The UV light shines on the catalysts, creating a reaction that breaks down harmful microbes and particles on contact. Stage 3: Release of Purified Air: After the PCO process, the treated air -- now free from harmful pollutants -- is released back into the environment. The result is clean, fresh air that is safe to breathe. Maintenance Stage: UV Lamp Replacement: Unlike many traditional air purifiers, Airocide purifiers do not use paper or carbon filters. However, the UV lamps inside the units need to be replaced annually to e
