All OEM parts are final sale without warranty if not installed by a Certified Premier Colour Technician Note: Boards arrive empty. You will need to download the firmware from the old board onto the new board. Resources We strongly recommend having a Mutoh Certified Technician install the board and firmware. You cannot return main boards that have been improperly installed. Once machine specific firmware is installed onto the board, it cannot be reverted back to its original blank state. For example, once the main board has been configure to VJ-1324, it cannot be changed to work with VJ-1624. We do not accept returns on boards that have been improperly configured.
