Calming headaches and inflammation.  Relieving stress and anxiety.  Our palo santo comes freshly harvested from Peru. **This item is for palo santo sticks only. Sold in sets of 5 and 10. Recommend: First thing as with all things, set your intention. Next, light your smudge stick at a 45 degree angle. Once lit, let flame burn for 20-30 seconds, then blow flame out.
