This Leupold Vari-X II 3-9x40 model with the duplex reticle has some small scratches in the metal, but none on the lenses; the optics are still clear, there is no fogging, and the adjustments all move freely. The are no scratches or dings from the mounting rings. All Leupold scopes come with a factory lifetime warranty.
