Coil of Joy - (Tibetan: Gankhyil) symbolizes the transformation of the 3 poisons (desire, hatred & ignorance) into the three wisdoms (appreciation, clear seeing & openness). It is the non-dual symbol of the Great Perfection Teachings. The Coil of Joy represents the Three Vajra doors of enlightened body, speech and mind and the Three Bodies of the Buddha: essence, enjoyment and transformation. Sizes:  Small - fits hat sizes 6 ¾ – 7 ¼ (21”- 23” around)            Large - fits 7 1/8 – 7 5/8 (22 5/8”- 24 ½”)The spandex band stretches so, if you’re in between sizes, go for the smaller size.
