IPT80 / IPTM80 /PT80 plasma cut torch consumables 0.9,1.0,1.1,1.2,1.3 sizes are available. Please check your torch model before you purchase the consumables.  Tip guides: 0.9 Tip: cuts sheet metal, thin metals. 1.0 Tip: 1/16” to 1/4” metal. 1.1 Tip: 1/8” to 3/8” metal. 1.2 Tip: 3/8” to 5/8” metal. 1.3 Tip：1/2” to 1” or thicker. Adjust air pressure accordingly so that the tip stops whistling. If you would like a different arrangement of tip sizes, please leave us a note or contact us : sales@poweredgecutter.com. Make sure to assemble the tips correct way. Assemble the swirl ring between outer tip and inner tip / electrode, do not reverse it, make sure the inner tip / electrode is tight, or your torch may get damaged quicker!
