CPS TRS21 Top Dead Center Calibration Plate & BoltsUse with the Top Dead Center Clearance (TDCC) instructionsUse this plate and a depth gauge to measure the Top Dead Center Clearance of the piston/cylinder/head assembly. Shims that come with the piston cylinders are stacked to create an area of displacement between the top of the cylinder and the compressor head.BVV's Recommended depth is between 0.008" and 0.012" for the CPS TRS21 for optimum performance. *Depth Gauge Not included, its only used for reference in the photo. Any type of simple digital depth gauge will work to check the piston displacement.
