This aged Yunnan pu-erh is shaped into small bowls or bird's nests. Use one bowl per small pot. When steeped a short time, it is bright and full-bodied. When steeped longer, it is a strong, earthy, and almost musty. The flavor will evolve over time so, each year, the flavor will get a little richer, deeper, more complex.
