Tulsa Nights Swiss Dot Blouse

This is not the blouse of your grandma's era, but it does have vintage details. This high necked blouse is a very chic swiss dot fabric that's sheer on the yoke and sleeves. The bottom is double lined. The ruched sleeves and neckline ensure a good fit with stretch. There's even a keyhole opening at the back of the neck.  So cute!
