Rolling Stone

This sticker is a sentiment I have often likened myself to. I have often forced myself outside of my comfort zone because being stagnant scared me more.Pushing for change can be unhealthy. But having a "yes and" attitude has served me so well. Growth and change can happen at different speeds much like a rolling stone.And when its time to rest I've discovered that's okay too.
