This Item SHIPS FREE anywhere in the USA Saint Antoninus was born to a noble family in Florence. He was a pious youth and a good friend of St. Dominic. At the young age of 16 he became a Dominican. Eventually he became the prior of St. Marks and reluctantly, Bishop of Florence. In this capacity, he was a reformer, theologian, confessor, and spiritual director and established a lay society known as “Good Men of St. Martin” which gave assistance to the poor. He died among his Domin
