SIMIRON Metallic Additive

Simiron Metallic Additive Metallic Additive is an exotic pigment that can be added to Simiron 1100SL Slow Cure clear epoxy. The pigment creates a beautiful three dimensional appearance that gives the illusion of waves, swirls and ripples. The finished appearance of the metallic flooring system can vary from gradual, subtle changes in color to more distinctive effects depending on how thick the coating is applied. The effect is more dramatic when more material is used. 1 container is enough pigment for one 3 gallon kit of 1100SL Slow Cure.  Recommended per kit coverage with the metallic additive is 190-270 sq. when mixed with 1100SL Slow Cure Clear.  This metallic additive is not recommended for use with the 1100SL Fast/Standard Cure activator and should only be mixed with clear.
