Regal Select High Build Low Lustre (N401) is a premium quality, high build, self-priming, 100% acrylic latex formula engineered for optimum hide. Regal Low Lustre adheres powerfully to exterior substrates and provides advanced stain resistance. This product can be tinted into a color from Benjamin Moore or any other paint brand.  For a custom color simply select the brand and type the color name or number in the box before adding the product to your cart. For factory made white select White (N401). N401 is formulated to resist mildew growth on the paint film. With easy application by brush, roller or spray, this coating offers excellent flow and leveling and delivers an extremely durable, protective finish.
