Item is an good cosmetic condition, maybe showing a little use. Original power cord. The unit lights up, the display works, and the head moves into position at the push of a button.  Works great - took at least 10 min to do the small display piece shown in the photos - appears to be working, but sold AS IS. The original box in good shape. We need to double check but believe it has the all 15 cartridges (only showing 14, we think one of them was in the machine when we took the photos before we switched cartridges), scissors, instruction manuals and CD, it has both design frames and see photos we believe some of the iron on adhesives are still included.
