Description Since 1951 Kosher Suggested use General Cooking Instructions: Sort beans carefully to remove any possible foreign material. Rinse thoroughly, and soak overnight. Strain beans into a large pot and cover with fresh water. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 60 to 90 minutes, or until tender. This bean blend produces foam when boiling, so skim the water regularly.
