Pillow inserts are NOT included. You will receive the cover only. Pillow cover is made of natural canvas fabric and has a zipper enclosure. A 12x20" pillow insert is recommended. For images, I use high-quality heat transfer vinyl applied with a professional heat press. The finished pillow cover is 12"x20".
