Specifications:  The collar is made of vegan leather (polyurethane leather) and is adjustable  The small size fits necks that measure 12-15 inches around The large size fits necks that measure 15-19 inches around Features a D-ring so you could attach a leash if desired The collar is available in four colors: sparkly light pink, sparkly red, sparkly hot pink, and black. The collar will fit 9-10 characters (depending on character width) Included Letters:  Please note that this kit does not include the letters "J", "V", or "Z".
