Prinz Riesling Trocken

This zippy, bone-dry, certified organic and biodynamically grown Riesling hails from high elevation vineyards in the Rheingau region in Germany. Super energetic and linear on the palate, this is fabulous stuff that shows chiseled, flinty minerality and floral, mouth-watering pineapple and granny smith apple fruit. Prinz practices minimal-intervention winemaking and is dedicated to implementing all of the tenets of biodynamics in the vineyard.
