Half-Dozen Montreal-Style Bagels: Savory Twists (par-baked)

Our bagels are chewy and have a slight sweetness to them as they are flavored with honey, and then boiled in honey water prior to par-baking them.These are our savory signature twists: Pesto (made with home-grown basil, Lake County walnuts and organic Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese), Sweet & Spicy (a cinnamon-flavored bagel glazed with organic sriracha and Lake County honey), Thi-zzle (made with organic cheddar, jalapeño-flavored and topped with sliced pickled jalapeño slices), and Turmeric-Za'atar.Par-baked.
