With the first organic producer of saffron in the country just a few miles away, it only made sense we decided to integrate this incredibly delicate and rare spice, providing our madeleines with grassy complexity and, for the lack of a better word, extra yumminess. Made with organic wheat flour, organic butter, organic eggs, Lake County honey, organic orange zest, and organic saffron-infused honey from Peace & Plenty Farm. Net weight: 8 oz. (225g).
