Extruder and Fan Shroud for a CR-10 with MicroSwiss Direct Drive

This Extruder and Fan Shroud is for a CR-10 with MicroSwiss Direct Drive #M260. The cooling ports face down where the cooling is actually needed, equally and not facing the nozzle itself. Many duct setups blow at the nozzle itself, which cools it, which is the opposite of what is ideal. Also, in many standard dual duct systems, the X axis is receiving more the airflow, which cools the part unequally. Made to fit a 40mm (up to 20mm thick) hot end fan, and a single 50mm x 15mm blower fan. (Shown here is a Noctua NF-A4x20 FLX, which had always worked great and ran quietly). Takes about 15 minutes to install if installing on an existing Micro-Swiss Direct Drive setup, which we highly recommend regardless if one chooses to use our shroud or not. Their true dual-gear extruder is the best that we have seen in holding flexible and softer filament precisely and properly retracting without deforming or flattening of the filament.
