Polycarbonate Construction We craft all of our windshields using 1/4” polycarbonate because when it comes to side-by-side windshields, there’s no material that’s more reliable. Polycarbonate is lightweight yet super tough. You are in control and installation is as easy as can be. The hood brackets can be mounted by hand with a screwdriver (using an existing mounting point) and the rest of the installation can be done without tools! We use rugged Velcro straps designed for any weather conditions to attach the windshield to the frame, and to the hood when folded down. The folding hinge is designed to be lower than any rider's line of sight, so whether you have it flipped up or down, there's nothing blocking your view of the trail.
