AR500 Armor Soft Body Armor

Our Rimelig option is made of p-Aramid Fibers and is available at both Level II and Level IIIA protection levels, which both provide multi-hit protection. The Rimelig is the most budget option of the three, making it a solid entry-level soft armor option, while still staying true to the goal of soft armor: Reliable lightweight protection, at just 0.45” thick and weighing 1.24 pounds. The next level up is the Slim, which is made of two separate Aramid laminates joined together for greater strength. The symmetrical design of our Slim armor gives it a bidirectional capability, meaning it's perfect for use in a backpack, where you might use it on your back, or in front of you as a shield (slim armor panels will still have a "strike face" label, though it will be equally effective from either side, making it perfect for use in armored backpacks or bags).
