Rasmalai

The delicate royalty of Rasmalai, now served in scoops.  Rasmalai, an Indian dessert, is dumplings made from cottage or ricotta cheese soaked in sweetened, thickened milk delicately flavored with cardamom and saffron. We get this divine flavor in form of ice cream. Made with real malai, kesar (saffron), rasmalai syrup, skillfully churned with our premium ice cream base.   Dietary/allergy information: Contains dairy. Made in a facility that uses nuts. We do not add eggs, high fructose corn syrup, and chemicals a 3rd grader can't pronounce.
