This is a rustic, sturdy, custom-built frame from rough-cut cedar, which is coated with white, pickle-stain. The frame is rustic and repurposed wood full of texture, character with inconsistent surface look and feel.   Dimensions of entire piece are approximately:  These original oil stick paintings were all created 'freehand'; the oil sticks were applied directly with hands/fingers.  They are meant to be vibrant, bold, whimsical, expressive images- not precise nor realistic.
