ISLAND HORSE and DUNES | FRAMED PAINTING

ISLAND HORSE and DUNES is part of the Coastal Sol™  series. This is an acrylic and oil stick painting  by Morgan Fisher.  Frame is not 'sleek', perfect looking, refined.  There are nicks from size and weight and having been moved from galleries or shows.  This Frame is custom-built, sturdy, repurposed and repainted, pine frame, painted black. The back of frame is covered/backed by thin wood paneling and is flush with the painting frame.  These original oil stick paintings were all created 'freehand'; the oil sticks were applied directly with hands/fingers. They are meant to be vibrant, whimsical, expressive, bold images- not precise nor realistic. This is original 'raw art' that borderlines on folk art
