Cabasse Surf Passive Speakers (Pair)
Highly adaptable to spaces Cabasse designed the Surf based on the HDSE (Homogeneous Distribution of Sonic Energy) principle. They focus not only on various on-axis measurements but also on off-axis acoustic performance, ensuring uniform dispersion of direct and reflected sound, presenting a wide and stable soundstage for the listeners to experience consistent acoustic performance from any angle. Surf performs well in spaces under 25 square meters and is a blessing for urban dwellers with limited budgets. The Surf bookshelf speaker features a 'DOM37' tweeter paired with a 'round horn' waveguide, allowing high-frequency energy to disperse evenly and extend. For mid-bass, it employs a '13TN15' long-throw driver with a Kapton voice coil bobbin, which is non-magnetic, delivering clean and crisp transient response. The crossover point is set at 3.6kHz, and the driver positions use a Virtual Coincidence approach to keep the two-way drivers as close as possible. These passive bookshelf speaker
