This CBN grinding wheel is designed to sharpen 3/4 inch pitch harvester chain. You can sharpen your chains hundreds of times and this wheel won't loose it's shape.   Cutouts help the wheel run cooler and clear debris more effectively. Each wheel ships with a 150 grit dressing stick that is used to clean the CBN wheel from time to time. We recommend this wheel or an equivalent CBN wheel for grinding Pi Harvester Chain. Standard aluminum oxide grinding wheels (pink wheels) will require frequent reshaping.  Note that this wheel has a break in period. It will grind more aggressively when it is new then settle to a steady state.
