SEICA AERIAL M4 Dual sided Flying Probe  These machines can be purchased individually or as a package.  They have been very well kept, and OEM calibrated both this year! Just taken offline week of 11/7/2024  SN: 200812 & SN 200777  YOM: 2007 & 2009 SW: Seica VIVA (2.3.2. Seica Viva software) Each is configured with:   4 Independent Flying Probes for independent X, Y and Z movements (2 on Front and 2 on Rear side) 2 CCD Camera at Probe for Optical Alignment and Vision Tests (1 on Front and 1 on Rear side)  Manual - vertical board loading  Per OEM Data Sheet: SYSTEM CAPABILITIES • Open, expandable architecture (IEEE-488, VXI, Boundary Scan) • Roller bearings on X axes • Air Bearings on Y axes • Stepper Motors with integrated Encoders for X and Y Movements • Stepper Motors with encoders for Z-Movements • Positioning Resolution: 3µm (0.12mils) X-Axis, 3µm (0.12mils) Y-Axis • Positioning Repeatability: ± 3µm (0.12mils)  TEST AREA & U.U.T.
