Strawberry Rhubarb Cheesecake

Spring and Summer mean strawberries and rhubarb, and we've crafted a cheesecake to celebrate these timeless flavors.  We've also thrown in a little something extra to capture the sunshine.  A healthy splash of Grand Marnier gives a sophisticated touch of orange that brings a cheerful brightness and fullness of flavor.  The topping blends beautifully with the vanilla of our signature, silky soft organic cheesecake.  And, the organic graham cracker crust is lightly kissed with brown sugar for that extra "something" for that homestyle feel.  Standard Size is 6" in diameter and 3" high and serves 6-8 people. Mini Size is 4" in diameter and 1.75" high and serves 1-2 people. Large Size is 9" in diameter and 3" high and serves 12+ people.
