Sealant Add-On

This listing is to be added WITH one of our cake or cupcake stands (or if you are directed here to add for another item). It is added if you wish for us to apply a food safe sealant to your stand prior to shipping.  ♥We always recommend a barrier between food products and the stand regardless of sealant application to make cleaning easier and help prevent stains. It will NOT smooth over knots/natural wood slits or all wood texture. IT WILL NOT be plastic-like smooth. Please see note below! ♥It may add 2-3 additional days to our posted lead times for application and drying of sealant. I IS ONLY applied to the TOPS of the items it's being added to, not the sides or bottom.  ♥It DOES NOT make your stand "waterproof" or stain proof. It is applied to the top only and is meant to create an additional barrier to help prevent stains and to protect the stand. NOTE: The sealant WILL NOT make the stand plastic smooth and cover over knots/slits. The wood will still have some texture and wood chara
