This family run distillery is located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. We are really liking their wide range of spirits and are excited for their release of American Single Malt. "This single malt whiskey hones in on flavors of deep fruit, chocolate, toffee, and caramel notes. Our whiskey is made from 100% MN sourced pale ale and chocolate malt, first barreled in Minnesota-made American white oak barrels and finished on a selection of red wine barrels to give softness, depth, and a delicate nature to this spirit."
