Count Heinrich Schlick was an imperial field marshal and Hofkriegsratspräsident, the War Council of the Habsburg Empire. The portrait is surrounded by a wonderful decorative motif featuring a military helmet flanked by ruffled flag at the top of the print and a filigreed botanical design at the bottom of the print.
