BT-50R features an aggressive adhesive that provides a quick stick to the insulation surface. The foil conforms to irregular surfaces, and maximizes adhesion. Ideal for sealing seams and joints in HVAC ductwork. 2 mil dead soft premium grade aluminum foil coated with an extremely aggressive synthetic rubber adhesive that provides a tight positive grab when smoothed down on work surfaces removable paper liner.  1.8 in (48mm) wide, 50 Yards long Used in fiberglass duct board systems on seams & joints to maintain the integrity of the vapor barrier. Can also be used on FSK systems.  Malleable foil conforms well to irregular & curved surfaces.  Total Tape Thickness (w/o liner): 3.6 mil.  Peel Adhesion: 91 oz/in.  Tensile: 17.1 lbs/in.  Elongation: 3.5%.  Temperature Range: -4°F to 176°F.  3” neutral core diameter.
