For a thinner consistency, feel free to add one more tablespoon. Add the 2 packets of SoCo Artisanal Tahini to the blender and blend for another 1 minute. Dive in straight away, or top with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of paprika, or your own choice of extras. No blender? No problem. Just mash the chickpeas and water with a fork, then stir in the tahini for a DIY delicious hummus. Spot a discolore
