Aloha everyone, I'm excited to announce that my Saturday art classes for young people will start up again in July at the Lihue library. I've missed working with these kids! The curriculum for my new teen art classes (ages 9 to 17) was designed to help young artists develop skills and find their own voices. I hope it will equip them with the tools they need to continue to grow. CLASS DESCRIPTION: Classes are designed for students ages 9 to 17. Classes meet 4 Saturday mornings per month from 10:00 until 12:00 in the Lihue Library conference room. The curriculum will focus on a different set of artistic disciplines and materials each month (our "curriculum focus").  All materials will be provided. Class size will be limited to ten students. A student is enrolled upon payment of tuition. Tuition is $300 for the month (four classes). A single "drop-in" class, when available, is $80.
