If artwork is submitted in RGB it will be converted to CMYK. Not all RGB colors are able to be produced in CMYK (neons, brighter hues of purple, bright reds, bright blues, bright greens) and colors can look differently when printed than when viewed on your computer monitor.  Images print best at 300 dpi and must be .PNG format with a TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND.
