AGING: 18 Months in ex-bourbon American oak barrels TASTING NOTES: Rounded profile, a rounded profile means that the flavor of the tequila is equal and not too heavy on either side of the flavor spectrum. It's very palatable. More with a sweet finish and subtle hints of vanilla FINISH: Smooth finish with maple, caramel and brown spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.
