From Alain and Alexis Coudert. 80+ year old vines on the border with Moulin-à-Vent, which gives the winer more structure than many Fleuries. Despite the name, the grapes were not late-harvested. Cuvée Tardive comes from the estate's oldest vines and thus will benefit from more time in the bottle before drinking. Whole-cluster, semi-carbonic maceration in concrete for 18 days, followed by eight months of élevage in foudre.
