The PopCycle Coffin Tank The PopCycle tank originated from a chopper build that Ron Paugh built for his father in the early 70s. Gary Little John & Ron Paugh designed the tank and then named the Chopper project the PopCycle. This tank is an iconic piece within the Paughco collection.
