Wok cooking is hot and fast--perfect for the Arteflame Grill! This one-piece stainless steel Wok Holder will support a Wok that is up to 18" in diameter. The Wok Holder goes on top of the Grill Grate Riser (sold separately) in the center of your Arteflame. The wok gets extremely hot, so we suggest using an oil that has a high heat threshold. Peanut Oil would be a good choice, as it handles a lot of heat and its nutty flavor is complimentary to many wok dishes.
