Chapa

The Chapa is a raised edge griddle that is perfect at keeping the juices in while you cook your favorite dishes.  The griddle also shines while you whip up some pancakes, grill tortillas or sear some fresh salmon.  To secure to your griddle, easily slide the grill post into the socket on the edge of your fire pit.  Insert the hitch pin in the hole at the bottom of the post to lock it in place and slip the Chapa down on to the grill post and start cooking. The Chapa is available in three sizes... Mediano (16" x1 6") Grande (20" x 20") Gigante (24" x 24") and works with the Compañero,  Familia, Doña and Jefe fire pits. Care for the Chapa like you would a cast-iron pan.  If left outside in place over your fire pit, use a solid cover over the grill to protect it from the elements.
