Boo-y or Ghoul Halloween Gender Reveal Balloon w/ Paper Tassels

Our "Boo-y or Ghoul" Gender Reveal Balloon is perfect for a Halloween themed gender reveal party. The jumbo balloon measures 36 inches and includes a pink and blue paper tassel tail.  PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASE - This balloon requires to be inflated to a minimum of 2.75 Ft diameter or 8.5 circumference. We DO NOT guarantee that your balloon will float. Most customers have success in getting their balloon to float but sometimes due to helium quality, the balloons will not float. We do not refund for balloons that do not float successfully. Floatation is dependent on helium quality and the size to which the balloon is inflated. We have no control over these variables. - This order includes one or two tassel colors (5 tassels in each color or 10 tassels if you choose one color).
