Our custom latex balloons are made from layering latex balloons together for custom deep color effects and dimension.  Color: Chalk Yellow Matte finish. We can help re-create colors and designs for your special event. 11 inch is the "normal" balloon size. Layered balloons do no float well with helium, we recommend air fill only with 5 and 11" sizes.
