You just string the tassels on the twine through the loop, hang and you're done.  The tassels can slide along the twine, so you can space them as far apart or as close as you like to create the perfect length for your space.Included in the package is 3 yards of natural twine for hanging and 16 tassels.  Colors can be changed to match your event.
