The Giancarlo Sofa Table
The Giancarlo's transitional design stands as a refined accent piece, which many guests may not notice at first, but which they'll immediately feel. The iron cross-rods at the back of the frame are necessary to support the piece itself while also providing framing for a sofa or entryway. The slightly raised horizontal supports add an air of subtle sophistication and display the expertise of our accomplished metalworkers. Depending upon which wood type you choose, the tabletop can either be the star of the piece, or act as a seamless companion to the base. A naturally fallen sycamore top, for example, would make the console table more of a statement than an accent piece, which can work well in a room that needs a little pop. The Giancarlo is a brand new design, but the example in the primary photo with walnut and a matte black powder coating is a very handsome choice. The default height is 27", but there's no charge to change the height to sit neatly behind your couch, for examp
